Jessica is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia, after completing her Masters degree at Australian Catholic University. Jessica also graduated with First Class Honours and with Distinction from her Bachelor degree. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
After working within the private practice sector for some time, Jessica aspired to grow in this area by establishing Premium Wellbeing & Psychology.
Jessica describes herself to be a warm, friendly, and approachable psychologist, who hopes to make the experience of seeking support from a psychologist as welcoming and as comfortable as possible. She is aware that seeing a psychologist can be a daunting and anxiety-provoking experience for some at first.
Jessica is passionate about her work, and enjoys working with clients of differing cultural backgrounds and with diverse presenting issues. She works primarily with older adolescents and adults. She draws on evidence-based approaches, but tailors therapy to meet the individual needs of the person. With a client-centered approach, she strives to ensure that all clients feel listened to, but also encourages the use of strategies that will assist in improving mental health and wellbeing.
Jessica works with a range of mental health difficulties, from anxiety disorders, depression, and eating disorders. Please see the Home section for more.
